Chairwoman Ms. Economides obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from King's College London. She then continued her post-graduate studies at the City University of London where she obtained her MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance. Ms. Economides mainly deals with private client matters, general corporate services and company formations. Melina Dionysiou, LL.B., Dipl., TEP
Director Mrs. Dionysiou has studied law at the University of Manchester where she earned an LL.B. degree. She then went on to earn a Diploma at the University of Leicester on European Law, Management and Employment Law. Mrs. Dionysiou has many years of experience in corporate law, commercial and property law and formation of financial services companies and international collective investment schemes. Before E.Economides & Partners LLC, she had served as a lawyer for six years for another big law firm in Cyprus. Alkisti Kannidou, BA, LL.B., Dipl., TEP
Lawyer Mrs. Kannidou obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK. She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours. She has many years of experience in shipping and she is dealing with all matters relating to ship registration, shipmanagement, P&I Insurance, and operation of ships. She has also been closely involved with the handling of claims such as cargo claims in respect of loss or damage to cargo, and FDD Legal Affairs, such as claims under the Voyage and Time Charter.
She has been extensively involved in Arbitration Proceedings. Mrs. Kannidou is presently dealing with various contract and corporate matters and she is also involved in the preparation of Legal Opinions under Cyprus Law.
She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Anthea Christofini, LL.B., MBA, TEP
Lawyer Mrs. Christofini obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from King’s College London. She then went on to earn an MBA at the Cyprus International Institute of Management. She mainly deals with the various facets of corporate law, including the setting up, management and re-structuring of corporate structures, the coordination of international transactions, the drafting of commercial agreements, as well as the undertaking of legal due diligence investigations. She also deals with the preparation of legal opinions on the good standing of companies, proper execution of corporate actions, local regulatory requirements and other matters. Stelia Stylianou Korniliou, LL.B., LL.M.
Lawyer Mrs. Korniliou studied law at the University of Leicester from where she graduated with an LL.B. in 2005. She then continued her studies at the University of Cambridge, earning a Master of Laws Law degree in 2006. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in July 2007.
Prior to joining E. Economides & Partners LLC, Mrs Korniliou had worked as an internal legal advisor of a company in the investment management/hedge fund industry and as a trainee advocate in the Corporate & Commercial department of a major local law firm.

Kristia Karsera Charalampous, LL.B.

Mrs. Karsera obtained her Bachelor (Ptychion) in Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Law.
Having worked in the past for a major law firm in Cyprus, Kristia is well versed in Corporate and Commercial law, with particular emphasis in the
incorporation of companies as well as the drafting, reviewing and execution of legal documents.
She is also experienced in drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports. She is a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
